Imagine this: why not make a wine that is light, fruity, quite refreshing and yet tightly honed?
We want to give Gamay back the rightful place it once held and which it continues to deserve: that of an uncomplicated wine that makes the heart sing but doesn’t burden the head!
Our Domaine La Colombe Gamay is the result of a limited-yield harvest where attention is focused on keeping the freshness of this grape: it is a wine with a bouquet that is intense, rich and peppery with aromas of red currant, black currant and cherry.
In mouth, it’s a fresh and dynamic wine that can be drunk young, when the fruit dominates.

The flavours’ song
Domaine La Colombe cultivates several grape varieties in addition to Chasselas. The harmony of the place and the variety allows each plant to express the full extent of its character.
In the cellar, the limit of the intervention is the research for the authentic expression. Personality grape varieties, fullness of aromas here offer a perfect balance delivering a full and immediate pleasure.
VINTAGE
Harvest on 7th September 2025
The year 2025 was marked by a striking alternation of cool and warm periods, rain and drought.
Remember the cold snap during the week of May 5th, which slowed down vine growth. Then came two heat waves, in June and early August, as well as severe storms, including the dangerous landslide in Blatten and the fierce gusts during Festi’Neuch…
In Féchy, however, we managed to stay out of the worst of it and avoided the extremes. The vines were able to take advantage of these variations to find a beautiful balance.
We made the decision to remove some clusters before flowering, which occurred around June 5th, in order to concentrate the flavors in the remaining grapes.
A wise choice that allowed us to start harvesting at just the right time, beginning on September 7th. The secateurs of our devoted team set the cheerful rhythm of a happy harvest!
A period of intense sharing, timeless, during which we dedicate our whole body and soul to the grapes.
A vintage that is expected to live up to the illustrious predecessors of 1995, 2005, and 2015!
