A vertical offers a retrospective of past vintages with the same wine. We invite you to share this experience with us by tasting 10 vintages of our Colombe Noire wine.

This is both an educational and fun exercise. It firstly allows us to observe the evolution of a wine over the years, but it also offers the subtle opportunity to understand the influence brought by the annual climatic hazards which make each vintage a unique moment.

Raymond et Laura will give you pointers on wine tasting while remembering the meteorological conditions of each vintage
