The year 2025 was marked by a striking alternation of cool and warm periods, rain and drought.
Remember the cold snap during the week of May 5th, which slowed down vine growth. Then came two heat waves, in June and early August, as well as severe storms, including the dangerous landslide in Blatten and the fierce gusts during Festi’Neuch…
In Féchy, however, we managed to stay out of the worst of it and avoided the extremes. The vines were able to take advantage of these variations to find a beautiful balance.
We made the decision to remove some clusters before flowering, which occurred around June 5th, in order to concentrate the flavors in the remaining grapes.
A wise choice that allowed us to start harvesting at just the right time, beginning on September 7th. The secateurs of our devoted team set the cheerful rhythm of a happy harvest!
A period of intense sharing, timeless, during which we dedicate our whole body and soul to the grapes.
A vintage that is expected to live up to the illustrious predecessors of 1995, 2005, and 2015!
