Its <span style=\"color: #c3763f\">steep slope<\/span> inspires respect, and its <span style=\"color: #c3763f\">clay<\/span> soil is planted with old vines. This is a wine with freshness and character \u2013 a wine that pairs magnificently with a \u201c Gruy\u00e8re Caramel AOP \u201d, aged 22 months. It is at Petit Clos that we have gradually been planting a <span style=\"color: #c3763f\">World Conservatory of Chasselas<\/span>, with the goal of rediscovering the different subtypes of Chasselas.
