At the Domaine La Colombe, some ten different grape varieties are cultivated on just over 15 hectares. The main varieties are Chasselas, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Garanoir and Gamaret.
Our cultivation methods aim to maximize the life of the soil and closely resemble methods used in biodynamic farming. The winery is equipped with both oak barrels and tanks thus making it possible to bring out the complexity of each wine's aromas. Tasting in a spirit of respect for each wine's unfolding personality guides the winemaking process.
